Pick up time from your hotel 8.30 am.
Our journey towards Tete Batu in East Lombok begins from your hotel. Along the way, we pass the local daily markets of Kebon Roek in Ampenan and Sweta City. Then, we continue our scenic drive of approximately 2 hours. During the journey, you will see expansive rice fields and locals working on the land. This offers a true glimpse into daily life in Lombok.
Panoramic Walk in the rice fields
Upon arrival at Tete Batu, you can first enjoy a local lunch before starting your panoramic walk in the rice fields. A local guide will take you through the rice fields and surrounding countryside.
Along the way, your guide will explain about the local agriculture, including rice, coffee, cacao, and vanilla. In addition, you will experience the peaceful atmosphere of this village.
Then, your guide will lead you to a small hidden waterfall called Sarang Walet. Here, you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The total walking duration through the rice fields is approximately 3 hours. During this time you will not only explore nature but also learn more about local farming traditions.
Once returned from the rice fields, we take a relaxing coffee break. The perfect moment to enjoy local brewed coffee before our journey back to the Senggigi area, which takes approximately 3 hours.
